“The utterly bizarre back label says the grapes were hand-picked, cold-soaked for three days and whole bunch-pressed.”  “One hundred percent barrel-fermented in 50% new French oak. An elegant wine is the outcome, with good varietal character that has soaked up the oak.”

We do disagree over one adjective but we are very excited to receive the recognition for what we think is a very nice Chardonnay.
