“ARC” Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2K25

$18

There are hints of joubs, raspberry and strawberry notes on the nose, the pallet shows a generosity that is far beyond its price. I really like this wine and would be happy take it to any of my wine snob friends.

Description

The 2K25 GISA ARC Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir fruit was selected from a vineyard off Pfeiffer Road near Woodside. The fruit was machine picked during the night to stop the fruit heating up. This helps retain fruit flavour and reduces flabbiness in the resultant wine. The fruit was then transferred to a stainless steel tank for fermentation.

The post ferment wine was then strained and transferred to barrel where is spent the next 5 months. During this time on lees, the wine had almost no human contact, as a result had no additions. With only 25 parts of free sulphur at bottling the wine is bright and fresh.

There are hints of joubs, raspberry and strawberry notes on the nose, the pallet shows a generosity that is far beyond its price. I really like this wine and would be happy take it to any of my wine snob friends.
