Purposefully light with faint foresty and floral aromas, placed somewhere between rose and dry table red with a bit of Beaujolais thrown in for good measure. Its touches of kitchen spice and herb aren’t too heavy or complex and the wine remains pretty and bright with swirls of fruits of the forest flavours.
Will suit delicately smokedmeats and fish.
