2K24 ARC Sauvignon Blanc was again sourced from a single vineyard near Mt Compass on the Victor Harbor Road.

The fruit was crushed, chilled, gently pressed, then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel vats where the wine underwent a controlled fermentation.

An un-oaked style, displaying the fresh tropical aromas of fresh cut passionfruit underpinned by the aroma of freshly cut green fields.  This  Sauvignon Blanc shows generous mouthfeel, soft acid and a light, crisp, fresh, clean palate.

A young, refreshing wine with lively acidity.

Best served with sand between your toes.
