An ellipsis is a series of dots that indicates the intentional omission of words from a sentence that does not alter the meaning of the sentence.
This ellipsis is a Côtes du Rhône blend. Only 3 wines define the Chateauneuf-du-Pape style. Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro.
Ellipsis is 75% Old Bush Vine Grenache. The lighter of the three wines, it add aromas of raspberry, cinnamon spice and ruby red grapefruit flavours. The 13% Old Vine Barossa Valley Shiraz adds the darker fruit flavours of blueberry & plum. Interestingly, blending shiraz adds a lot of up-front flavour and boldness. The 12% Mataro, from McLaren Flat, brings floral aromas and a savoury element.

Resting for 9 months in 100% French Oak, has produced a wine with beautifully structured. A fruit driven wine that delivers with integrity, class and complexity in a very approachable style.
